Topics in this workshop include on job exercise and achieving relaxation at the work place.
Emphasis is on brief exercises that can be done in the office during the course of the day to prevent stress exhaustion and increase energy and focus. Simple yoga-based exercises and self- applied massage techniques can prevent back and neck problems, carpal tunnel syndrome, headaches, insomnia etc. Exercises also improve the posture and energise the body.
The second part of this body/mind exercise set includes breathing exercises, visualisation and short relaxation meditations. They help you to focus internally, to improve concentration, reduce anxiety, heighten the clarity of thinking, enhance the quality of communications, calm your mind and generally prevent the negative symptoms of stress.
The purpose of this class is toward a wiser “work-live” style and to awaken more authenticity, heart, soul and caring in your work and lives.
