RICHARD BARBER My name is Richard Frederick Barber I was born in Windsor in the U.K. in 1942, I'm a self taught artist and have worked in oils, acrylic, watercolors and encaustic, I have also sculpted in wood, stone and marble.I do not stick to one particular subject as I think that any artist  should expand his or her knowledge, not only trying different materials but also different styles and subjects. I have shown my work at various  galleries,  The Royal Academy of Art, The Mall Galleries, Birmingham Fine Art  Gallery, The Cut and other smaller events, I'm currently working on some paintings of the Spanish Bull Fighters outfit with all of it's fine embroideries, but using a female model for the modeling, I'm also looking foreword to a trip to China in January for some more subject matter. tebericgallery42@btinternet.com
